There’s nothing wrong at all with a blond surf-bro who knows just enough “axe work” to be impressive at a beach party…
Some guys are not serious about music, but they are serious about what music can do for them… Knowing a few chords from pop tunes can get them laid even faster than their shaggy blond hair, gorgeous green eyes, and sexy body can. I won’t listen to guys like Larry for long; on the other hand, I won’t blow Andre Segovia! (Yes, the guitar is missing the A string - who freakin’ cares?! If you look like this, you can “strum-synch” and I’ll still blow ya!)
